I help organisations discover their unique purpose and, through inspired innovation, create value for all.
My approach to innovation is purpose-inspired, holistic, organic, collaborative and multidisciplinary.
With this approach, each innovation (product, service, work practice etc.) is conceived to create maximum value for every member of the organisation’s stakeholder system.
My services have been employed by big corporates, small start-ups, government bodies, third sector organisations, NGOs, social enterprises, marketing agencies and management consulting firms.
Former clients include ABN Amro, Department of Health, Diageo, European Commission, GlaxoSmithKline, A T Kearney, and McCain Foods. I was involved in Shell’s acclaimed GameChanger programme during its formative years.
