Deb worked for the pre-1990’s “Google”, Bell Labs, where she designed solutions for customers, resulting in one of AT&T’s largest revenue-generating patent and a carve-out. She works with companies around the globe to create actionable adaptable strategic directions and create a culture of innovation. Deb also is a partner at an early-stage venture capital firm, has co-created a few books on innovation, mentors students & entrepreneurs at her alma mater, Brown University, teaches entrepreneurship at Oberlin College, blogs at Forbes.com, and is involved in many other innovation and entrepreneurial activities.
