For the past 20 years I have followed my passion: understanding and enabling innovation, particularly in large organisations. I enjoy a rich mixture of researching, teaching, writing, running networking initiatives, public speaking, as well as working with large companies to help them understand and improve their innovation performance.
Some tangible output of my thinking are three books, The Innovation Wave: Meeting the Corporate Challenge (Wiley, 2002), Managing Innovation, Design and Creativity, now in its 2nd edition (Wiley 2008), and The Future of Innovation (with Anna Trifilova), and the Innovation Wave®, a facilitated assessment tool for innovation conditions.
Academic credentials: PhD & MBA from London Business School, 1st degree in architecture & town planning
