I am an Organizational Architect with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and an Associate Research Professor with UMBC. I direct strategic initiatives for the National Capital Region’s Information and Technology Office. My research and applied work is largely in psychological, organizational, technological, and systems methods for improving performance and innovation in bureaucracies. I also have an interest in the development of distributed healthcare infrastructures. I write and speak on methods of better government and the application of the Performance Architectural Science Systems (PASS) discipline. I am a big fan of my wife, three boys, and the great outdoors.
