Innovation has been the main theme in my career. For the past 20 years I have worked for small and large multinational companies in different industries, setting up and leading major innovation initiatives. Since 2004 as part of Innovaro/Strategos I have supported organisations across US/Europe and Asia, helping them raise innovation to be much more of a strategic imperative.
Innovation for me is what business is all about, establishing a point of view, identifying opportunities and acting on them to build a sustainable business.
