Notes From the First Innovation Office Hours

Notes From the First Innovation Office HoursOn Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 5PM GMT (Noon EDT, 9AM PDT) we hosted our first Expert Office Hours in the tradition of the collegiate institution – the idea being to create a place where the global innovation community can come and ask their innovation questions of a variety of innovation experts on a weekly or monthly basis.

To execute this we plan conducted our first office hours via a TwitterChat using the hashtag #ixchat on TweetChat or your favorite twitter chatting tool.

People sent in their questions by using the hashtag #ixchat in a tweet or by sending an @reply.

To continue the momentum of our strong launch of Innovation Excellence this month, Deborah Mills-Scofield, one of our section editors will be your host for the next office hours on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 5PM GMT (Noon EDT, 9AM PDT). Deb is a strategic thinker with 20 years experience in industries as diverse as the Internet, Telecommunications and Healthcare corporations ranging from multinational to start-up, with core competencies in strategic/business planning, development and alignment. She is recognized for innovative and rigorous strategic development and creative problem solving.

Please send your questions in advance of the one hour session (or during it) on August 30, 2011 at 5PM GMT (Noon EDT, 9AM PDT) by using the hashtag #ixchat in a tweet or by sending an @reply to @dscofield or @ixchat.
